A Taylor Robinson Music instructor passes through a rigorous process designed to filter out all but the best instructors. In fact, we accept less than 15% of teachers who apply to work in our program. Our certification process includes the following steps:

• Completed job application including educational history, references, and teaching experience
• Thorough personal interview to understand their personality, desire to help students succeed, and their fit for the program
• Criminal background check
• Training on our "hands on" teaching approach
• Feedback from existing Taylor Robinson Music students regarding their teaching ability and personality

With these steps we find the top instructors who are great on paper, even better in person, safe to let into your home, and make learning FUN!
