Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

Taylor Robinson Music has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations and Postponements are welcome without penalty given at least 24 hours of notice. Inside of 24 hours, students are welcome to cancel or postpone their lessons but will not be able to retain their lesson credit with the company.

Refund Policy:

Taylor Robinson Music offers refunds for any unused single lessons purchased with the company. The 4 and 8 lesson packages are however non-refundable due to the discount associated with the advanced payment.

Package Expiration Policy:

Your pre-paid package and gift certificates purchased for lesson credits with Taylor Robinson Music will never expire.
