At an early age, I was fascinated with many different genres of music. This led me to pick up my first left handed electric guitar at the age of 16. I feel I have an advantage to teach students who are left handed like myself and challenge them to become the next Jimi Hendrix or Tony Iommi. In September of 2016, I released my first solo album of original material called "Reflections".
Sean S has over 15 years of music experience in the San Antonio area.

In 2014, I graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word with a Bachelor's in Music Industries Studies. University advanced competence in Electric Guitar University standard competence in Piano
Private Education:
My own private guitar lessons started when I picked up my first electric guitar when I was 16.
Performing Experience:
I have done school related performances while attending Incarnate Word. Since then, I have performed at San Antonio local venues such as Sam's Burger Joint as a solo artist and with my band, "The Hollowmen."
Experience Teaching:
I began teaching private electric and acoustic guitar lessons in 2015. I am passionate about creating a curriculum to suit the needs of the students. My forte is teaching young children between the ages of 7 to 18, but I will teach anyone how to play

After a year of lessons
Sean is very patient with my ten year old son. He pushes him to get better without defeating him with too much work. He has always been on time and always gives me a summery of what the lesson was about. My son has gone from knowing nothing about the guitar to playing in front of crowds in the hundreds.
