I enjoy teaching children and adults of all ages. I make the learning process fun but make sure that each student has the fundamentals they need to make their singing or music playing the best it can be. I also take into consideration the music the student wishes to perform and allow them creative freedom to chose the styles they like while also challenging them in new styles.
Scott K has over 20+ years of music experience in the Orlando area.
Scott K is proficient in and teaches Keyboard and Piano Lessons, Vocal Lessons .Formal Education:
Scott's formal training comes from Kirkwood College and Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Ia. but it's the school of life through performing and directing, teaching and business management that he feels is what has given him the ability to coach students and develop programs. Scott has also been a Music Minister to Adults, Children and Youth for the past 17 years in the United Methodist Church directing Choirs, developing arts programs for children, youth bands for middle and sr. high school and choirs.
Private Education:
Studied voice in opera, classical, pop, rock, gospel and musical theatre.
Performing Experience:
Scott has been a performer and entertainer for many years working at local theme parks as well as touring around the US singing and playing with bands.
Experience Teaching:
Scott has been teaching voice and piano since graduating college and has been the owner and instructor for his own performing arts studio for the past 4 years.

Amazingly talented and great with my daughter!
My daughter has been in Scott's art/acting/musical after school program for over two years now. I cannot speak highly enough about Scott and how he has helped my 8-year-old come out of her shell. She loves to be on stage now, and has learned so many things about singing and acting. She was a main performer in last year's Wizard of Oz performance; and will portray Annie in the upcoming program. He is extremely kind and patient with the children, and he is a joy to be around; he is also very professional. I highly recommend Scott for any musical or acting lessons!
