Experience Teaching:

I have been teaching voice lessons since 2006, when I began teaching under the direction of Dr. Jeremy Hunt. After 12 years, I have had students from every walk of life, from a 10-year old girl who wants to be in a school musical, to a 20-year old voice minor at Penn State, to a 75-year old woman who wants to get through her performance anxiety to sing in the local chorus. I have taught in various music studios in Orlando, FL, State College, PA, and Chicago, IL, and I currently teach private voice lessons at Highland Park High School in Highland Park, IL. I began taking piano lessons at the age of 6, and have continued to play piano and accompany musicians in recitals and studio performances.

Review:

Associate Professor of Music

Adrienne was my voice student at the University of Central Florida from 2005-2009. She is one of the most talented musicians I have ever had the privilege of teaching. While she was a student, I sent several students to her for instruction and in every case, there was substantial improvement. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She will succeed in anything she does. Dr. Jeremy Hunt wrote on Thu, 11 Jun 2015

    Couldn't Ask for Better

I've taken a fair amount of lessons in my time, and I've yet to find a teacher who is as dedicated, knowledgable, and caring. In only four lessons, I'm singing better than I've ever heard myself sing in 20 years. I can't wait to keep working with Adrienne and improve even more. No matter what level you're at when you begin, if you'd like to improve, she is the teacher for you! Sahara wrote on Wed, 13 Sep 2017

      Awesome teacher!

I have been receiving voice lessons from Adrienne for the past few months and they have been wonderful! She is super knowledgeable and tailors each lesson based on what you want to get out of it and also what she feels you can benefit from working on. She is also super flexible with scheduling! I am excited to continue working with her and learning from her expertise to become a better trained singer. Kristen wrote on Wed, 18 Sep 2019

        Horrible Teacher

For your own good, please avoid Adrienne. She was very unkind and told me I had an awful voice and that I would never be a singer. By far the worst teacher I have ever had in my life. Jess McGinnis wrote on Sun, 23 Jul 2023
