My name is Ryan. I'm from a small town inside the great state of Wyoming! I am a musician who loves playing guitar to pass the time and would love to teach others the joy of such a beautiful hobby! I've been playing acoustic guitar for 10 years. I first picked it up as a kid when my mother showed me a few chords. I sat and strummed away at it for hours. I am self-taught for the most part, have had a few people show me tricks and tips with music theory. I'm also a songwriter and a performer. I enjoy playing open mics around the valley, to sing songs I write to other songwriters and crowd-goers. Teaching others how to play and develop their chops will help me to further my own learning, and I'm excited to be a part of something so beneficial!

Patient Teacher, Excellent, Communicator!
"I have had the pleasure of learning guitar and general music theory with Ryan H for the past year. His ability to patiently and passionately break down seemingly complex topics like chords, inversions, voicings and harmony have helped me grow immensely. From teaching me how to tune, to showing me how to restring- he has been instrumental (no pun intended) to my success on guitar. Since Ryan has an excellent grasp on audio engineering, he has also helped me with recordings and perfecting electric guitar tones. Aside from his musical and teaching abilities, Ryan is kind person who is upbeat and encouraging to play music with. I believe he would be an excellent addition to your team.
