I grew up in Georgetown Massachusetts. When I was about eight, I became interested in guitar and all rock music. Bands like Kiss, Led Zeppelin and other 70s rock bands were pretty big influences for me.
I got a piece of junk little guitar when I was about eleven and started practicing with a chord diagram booklet. After hearing an Yngwie Malmsteen record in 1986 I was determined to learn fast picking, alternate picking, as well as sweep picking arpeggios, and within about 2 years my guitar playing skills improved significantly.
Throughout the nineties I played in many rock and metal bands such as: Amethyst, Allegiance, Nyxx, Metal in Action, Final Prophecy and Mythic Force. In 1994 I studied at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in Phoenix. I did an internship at Joy Productions where I met Richie Havens and helped on his album entitled Cuts to the Chase.

Over the years I have produced and recorded several albums such as: “Realms of Fire”, “Metal Machine”, “Sacred Vision” and “Mythic Force I, II and III”.

I began giving private lessons in 1995 and have taught several students who have gone on to become excellent musicians.
