My name is Jacob. I am twenty-one years old and have played the drums since I was fifteen. I come from a diverse music background, playing for a church worship band, a classic rock cover band, and a heavy metal band. I have taught students ranging from ages six through twenty-one years old I especially love teaching kids, since I started teaching myself in my freshman year of high school.

Students can expect to have fun but also learn a great deal in each and every lesson. I like to start each lesson with a basic concept and build off of it. Then, at the end, I like to review what was taught. Depending on a student's learning style, I also enjoy helping them learn how to play along properly with their favorite songs.
