Joy is the founder/artistic director of True 2 You Productions Theatre Company, has performed on numerous stages throughout the southeast, and is also a director/producer. Her favorite past roles have included the Witch (Into the Woods), Sofia (The Color Purple), Joanne (Rent), Dolly (Hello, Dolly!), and Motormouth Maybelle (Hairspray), to name of few. She is the music director at the Charleston Performing Arts Center (C-PAC).
