About Me

I have a BA in Music and graduated with Honors in Music. I was a consistent top musician at my college and a leader for jazz. I was the featured marimba soloist for our college senior band tour as well as a four time participant in the college’s Honors Recital. I specialize in jazz piano and drum set but can also teach a wide range of other instruments, except strings.

What to expect in my Orchestral Lessons

Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced

Students can expect to develop a strong foundation of rhythm and time which will aid in further development. We will dive into many different styles and then focus on listening to the band and performing in a style that will complement their playing. Students can focus on drum set or concert percussion in order to prepare for college auditions or solo and ensemble performances.
