What to expect in my Vocal Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
For a first lesson for any level singer you can expect a short introductory portion. It is important to know your students personally to learn their goals and later help them emote and perform rather than just sing the notes on the page; additionally, you sing better with people you connect with. Then, dependent on a student's vocal ability, I'd introduce solfege and sight reading exercises-again just to get a grasp on the level of musicianship I'm starting with. From then on, we'd choose rep and start working on technique.
