Taylor continues to build a career as a respected tubist within the region. Previous positions and experiences include, principal tubist of the Wichita State University Symphony Orchestra, WSU Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Brass Quintet and Chamber Brass as well as the Central Kansas Concert Opera Company, Kansas Mennonite Men's Choir and the Buhler Brass. Additional appearances include numerous local symphonies, bands/ensembles, and CBS Sunday Morning News. Taylor is also the director of music at Avondale United Methodist Church in Kansas City Missouri where he directs the Avondale Cathedral Choir and Orchestra.
