I am a professional guitar player and vocalist having performed with several successful bands over that past 6 years. I have been a guitar and vocal instructor for the last past 5 years having taught more than 30 private students during that time. I have a comprehensive knowledge of music theory and the technical aspects of guitar and voice, bass and drums as they relate to performance and understanding of the instrument. I like to make the study of music a fun and enjoyable experience focusing on the students goals and interests, and teaching them the principles of music theory through songs they know and enjoy playing. I am well versed in many styles, both acoustic and electric, including Blues, Funk, Jazz, Soul/R&B, Rock, Folk and Pop.
