I have been a singer/songriter acoustic performer for over 30 years. I taught privately out of my home years ago. I enjoy watching children have such a wonderful experience learning Guitar. My lesson plans are different for each student because we all learn at a different pace...I also love to teach how to read music , as far a voice lessons I can tell if a child has the gift and a big part of that is passion. You either have it or you don't, so I would be honest if I thought it was worth pursuing.  I myself have been blessed to have played with some of the finest players and I find myself still learning.  I think I have a gift with reaching troubled kids and If I could help them have confidence or keep them out of trouble because of Guitar ( to be able to influence them in healthy way), it would be an honor and blessing.
