What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
At first lesson students should expect to learn music theory and technique. Good posture to ensure that chords and scales are played correctly.

At first lesson students should expect to learn music theory and technique. Good posture to ensure that chords and scales are played correctly.
Formal Education:
Bachelor's degree in music studies from the University of New Orleans.
Private Education:
I have had private instructions in both guitar and piano as a kid. In high school I was in the talented music program, and continued to study privately in college.
Performing Experience:
I have experience performing on my instruments since I started learning. In high school we were assigned to be put into bands to perform originals and cover songs. In college I had experience performing my originals compositions and performing in rock band classes.
Experience Teaching:
I have had 3 years teaching experience with guitar and piano. I have also had to substitute for several drum lessons.
