Mary is a board-certified music therapist MT-BC. She is accustomed to working with students of all ages, and all ability levels, including those with autism, dyslexia, down syndrome, and many other behavioral or learning difficulties and developmental disabilities. She is able to alter her approach to each student, to find the method that works best for them. Mary studied viola at Moravian College, and she holds her Master's degree in music therapy from Immaculata University. Mary has also taken lessons in Celtic fiddle, piano, guitar, and voice. Mary volunteers every summer for the past six years with Lehigh Valley Girls Rock, where she has taught guitar, bass, and songwriting. ****Please do not request lesson times outside of my listed availability. I work a full time job and am unable to accommodate lessons earlier than 6pm on a weeknight. ****I am also unable to track out of my home. The Bethlehem Public library has a music studio for public use, which I can use if needed.
