I started playing the piano when I was nine years old. I continued to take lessons until I was a sophomore in high school. For two of those years I took private lessons from Dr. John Adams at Mars Hill College in Mars Hill, North Carolina. I have played for children's choirs, high school choir, and adult choirs. I was a drum major in the high school band for two years. I can play the piano, clarinet, and bass clarinet. I have also had two years of voice lessons. I have 24 years experience.
