About Me

Delany is a Jamaican-born recording artist, vocalist, songwriter, choir director, and U.S. Army veteran. Blending gospel, classical, jazz, pop, and a variety of contemporary influences, he has performed for world leaders, on national broadcasts, and alongside acclaimed artists like CeCe Winans, Renee Fleming, Charles Esten, Darren Criss, Richard Smallwood, Cynthia Erivo, Alex Warren, Babyface, and more. A former member of the acclaimed Aeolians of Oakwood University, Delany is also the founder of DSM Voice Studio LLC, where he mentors and develops emerging talent across genres. As the only active-duty Army vocalist in Upstate New York from 2022–2025, he combined musical excellence with military service and community service earning multiple commendations and awards. His passion for giving back to the next generation of musicians and music lovers is evident in all he endeavors to do.
