Darion began playing drums at the age of 16. Over the years, he developed his skills further by playing in church around great musicians. Later in his career he gained performance experience in the Boston area by playing at such venues as The Berklee Performance Center and opening up for acts such as The Clark Sisters. Though Darion can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are Gospel,Fusion and R&B which had great influence on his style of playing.Darion loves music because it’s an open outlet to clear his mind and loves teaching music because it’s amazing to see musicians grow.
