Elise has always loved music from an early age. She began playing piano at the age of 4 and continued her education by competing statewide and teaching lessons herself. Her musical influences include Beethoven, Chopin, and Bach. Elise's favorite thing about music is how it sets you free and her favorite thing about teaching music is helping others find a new passion through playing the music they love. One of her favorite teaching experiences was when a student learned to read music and was able to pick up a song and play it after practicing it a few times.
