My name is Lauren, and I am here for all your vocal - singer / songwriter needs! I have had a living passion for all forms of music since a young age. I began performing and expanding my vocals at the age of 4 years old. I began receiving musical instruction / lessons at the age of 13, as the lead singer of my middle school jazz band. This love for music allowed me to grow my skill set by performing and working with other musicians all across Missouri and the United States. I have been given the opportunity to perform and also receive musical instruction from the St. Louis Children's Choir, The Clyde C. Miller Career Academy Concert Choir, St. Louis Opera Theatre Artist-In-Training Program, and the Legion of Black Collegians Gospel Choir, University of Missouri - Columbia vocal teachers, just to name a few. Currently, I am administering vocal lessons, performance / stage lessons, and also singer / songwriter lessons. I am very excited to be able to help nourish another beings love and knowledge for music, something that I live for everyday! Current / Local Vocal Information: I am one of three lead singers in a local band here in St. Louis called Empire Soul. We perform at a multitude of events across the St. Louis Region. Also, I am completing an Extended Play ( EP ) Record, set to release this summer 2018.
