About Me

HI, my name is Daniel and I am a Guitarist and singer/songwriter from Minturn, Colorado, but i now live in Greeley. I have been a student of music for almost 10 years. My musical influences include John Mayer, Jack Johnson, Stevie Ray Vaughn and Ed Sheeran. I also enjoy other vocalists like Sam Smith and John Legend. My teaching style can best be described as fluid and adapting. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I want to teach what best suits you as my student. In my lessons, you can expect to learn anything from basic open chords, to scales, to full-blown songs of varying skill levels. I like to tell my students patience and dedication is key to mastering something you love. My favorite thing about teaching is the reward that teaching music can bring. My students love that I listen to what they are struggling with and adapt to help them improve. I primarily teach basic-intermediate guitar, but I can also teach basic vocal techniques as well as songwriting. My approach as a teacher is to make you fall in love with music and your instrument, be that guitar, your voice or writing songs yourself. Thanks for taking a look at my profile. What to expect in my Song Writing Lessons

Beginner -

Learning to write songs is a skill anyone can learn. From simple jingles and poems, to complete albums, eps, and master pieces. All it can take it a little brain storming and some creativity. Students can expect to practice rhymes, learn basic song structures as well as chord progressions, and melodies.

What to expect in my Guitar Lessons

Beginner - Intermediate

A fluid and adaptable teaching style that can change to help better their learning experience. As well as encouragement for creativity while they learn the skills they need to improve as musicians.

What to expect in my Bass Guitar Lessons

Beginner -

Learn basic scales that can get them playing and noodling through songs for themselves and hopefully set up an understanding to keep them learning in the future.
