About Me
Allisonreceived her BM and BME in voice at Indiana University and studied voice with Martina Arroyo and Mary Ann Hart. While at Indiana University, she participated in the Lied seminar of Leonard Hokanson. In 1999 she attended the German for Singers program at Middlebury College in Vermont. She was awarded a full fellowship to the Aspen Music Festival and was a member of the vocal performance studies program. In 2002 she was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to Duesseldorf, Germany where she studied at the Robert Schumann Hochschule fuer Musik. Ms.was a young artist at Central City Opera, San Francisco Opera's Merola Opera Program, and Music Academy of the West. cently completed her Doctor of Musical Arts in voice at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and studied with Tom Baresel.

I expect the students to come prepared to sing and have a good time. I also expect that students should know their music before their lesson. I also encourage a positive learning environment.
