About Me

James has always had a love for music from the time he could walk. Ever since receiving his first guitar as a Christmas present 3 weeks for his 13th birthday, James has played and taught guitar. A rhythm guitar specialist, his influences include Scott Ian of Anthrax, James Hatfield of Metallica, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, The Beatles, Tim Armstrong of Rancid, and Matt Skins of Alkaline Trio/Blink 182. He took on his first student after only one year of playing and has had several students as a freelance instructor over the years. What to expect in my Bass Guitar Lessons

Beginner - Intermediate

I'm not as good as Victor Wooten or Bootsy Collins, but I can definitely teach you enough to get by. I can teach you basic rhythms and riffs if you're willing to learn.
