Liz has always loved music from an early age. She began playing piano at the age of 6 and continued her education by getting musically involved in many different groups; such as high school band, Community band, college music theory, and playing on the worship team. Liz's favorite thing about music is the ability to creatively express yourself through music. Her favorite thing about teaching music is watching students grow with passion. One of her favorite teaching experiences was hearing a parent say they never had to tell their daughter age 10 to practice because she was always playing, learning, and enjoying the music.
