My name is Jared and I am a musician. I play all styles of the guitar, bass, keyboard, and vocals. I am currently working on my Guitar Performance degree where I am studying various forms of Jazz. I have been playing for most of my life and it is a passion for me. I am currently looking for some work as a performer or as a studio musician. I would also be interested in teaching. I have studied under many people including lead singer of Head East, Tom Bryant, and guitarist for Kansas, Ron Miller. I have acquired many styles from them including classic rock to blues. I have also studied blue grass and country.

Jared Wi is proficient in and teaches Guitar Lessons .Formal Education:
I have graduated high school where I performed in the Jazz band that played many shows in Branson, MO. I am now at the University of Arkansas where I am working on obtaining my Guitar Performance degree in Jazz. I am also a member of the hogwild band at all the Razorback home basketball games.
Private Education:
I have taken private lessons for around 7 years and from many different teachers. The advantage of having so many teachers is I learned many styles and became more well rounded.
Performing Experience:
Here at the University I am required to perform in recitals every semester. I have also played with bands around the area and have an understanding of performing.
Experience Teaching:
I have taught my friends many things and because I have had lessons for many years, I have an understanding of what it takes. I already have my students lesson plans thought out.
