I've been into music for years. I started out when I was 11, after I heard Rubber Soul by the Beatles. Song writing instantly became a passion, and I picked up a guitar and started figuring out how music worked. During this exploration, I found that I was also fond of music theory. It was like discovering a new language!! After picking up guitar, I slowly started learning other instruments. At age 16, I was playing in bands and producing. It wasn't until my college courses that I discovered the beauty of classical music. Alongside these classes, I gained invaluable exposure to multiple genres jazz, experimental, indie rock through my work experience at KRTU, a local college station. Now, here I am, with a music degree, years of experience, and the passion to help others discover and find themselves in this diverse world, a universal language, music.
