Hi, my name is David and I am a bass player from Detroit, MI. I have been a student of music for 10 years. My musical influences include Stevie Wonder, Jaco Pastourious, Victor Wooton, and more and I also enjoy practicing martial arts in my free time. My teaching style can best be described as fun and impactful. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I want the student to question everything and experiment with the lessons and techniques given. In my lessons, you can expect to learn both theory, practice, and performance. My favorite thing about teaching is seeing the student grow into their own and be creative with what they learned. My favorite performance was my first one when I opened for Michigan band Ellis. My students love that I make the lessons enjoyable and easy to understand.
