About Me
Hello my name is Luiggi and I’m a musician as well as music educator. Music has been part of my life for 6 years. I have played in several different groups ranging from styles such as rock, jazz, funk, blues, and hip hop. I have also composed my own music and I like to produce instrumentals in my off time. My main instruments is guitar but I’m also qualified to teach bass. As a teacher I have experience teaching young children, and young adults. My teaching philosophy is that if you teach a student to enjoy and fall in love with the process of practicing and learning music, the students will be successful in any of their musical endeavors.

What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Beginner -
Students should expect a meticulous and individual plan to reach their musical goals in the most effective way possible. The lessons always concentrate in covering the three foundational elements of music: Harmony, Rhythm, and Melody.
Formal Education:
I am currently attending the University of Washington (UW) to obtain my bachelor’s of music in jazz studies.
Private Education:
I have taken private lessons with several guitar instructors throughout my musical career.
Performing Experience:
I’ve performed for several years with different groups across different venues in Seattle.
Experience Teaching:
I have teached children, and young adults to develop a passion for the craft of music. To see a student progress is the greatest reward for a teacher.
