About Me
My name is Daryl. I was born and raised in NYC and moved to the Twin Cities in 2018 to attend medical school. I will graduate in 2023 and look forward to pursuing a career in psychiatry. I started to learn to read and play music at the age of 8 and started to play the flute shortly after when I started band class in middle school. After learning to play the flute, I taught myself trumpet, piano, piccolo, and several other brass/wind instruments for fun. I love to perform and teach music to students of all levels-I am especially proud of the work I have done with a young teenager with autism through music therapy.
