What to expect in my Bass Guitar Lessons
I offer a wide variety of experience, from performing in professional orchestras, to performing in blues and jazz combos and reggae, funk and pop groups. So in lessons we will cover a wide variety of techniques including different right hand techniques. We will also cover basic theory so that the ability to create a bass line over chord changes is realized. Students will be held to high expectations and a lessons will be tracked weekly and progress will always be measured against students own goals and willingness to learn and succeed.
What to expect in my Orchestral Lessons
I specialize on lessons in tuba, and trombone and I expect and demand a high level of preparation and willingness to learn from my students. Etudes will be a way to regulate and monitor weekly progress. I am also willing to work on any repertoire that my students bring to me. I have orchestral and wind ensemble experience as well as doing freelance solo work. I have experience working with beginners in heir first week learning an instrument, all the way to audition prep, solo work, and fundamental/extended techniques.
