My goal is to help people learn how to play the guitar at the beginner and intermediate levels. I want to teach people basic chords+scales and eventually move on to playing actual songs.

What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
Basic chords and scales, sheet music reading, music theory, and learning songs on guitar.
Formal Education:
I was a jazz studies major in college for a year with the guitar as my area of concentration. My major is not currently in music but it is possible that I will switch back to it soon.
Private Education:
I took guitar lessons for seven years. The lessons spanned rock, folk, as well as jazz and classical guitar.
Performing Experience:
I have performed in groups and as a solo act about twenty times in the last four years.
Experience Teaching:
I have taught guitar playing since March of 2018 to a handful of students.
