Ronald has always loved music from an early age. He began playing piano at the age of eight and continued his education getting a degree in piano performance from the fine music school University of North Florida. He still continues to practice the piano at least 3 hours every day. Ronald's favorite thing about music is teaching and his favorite thing about teaching music is seeing his students loving playing piano. He does have a couple piano recitals each year and it is voluntary but most students really enjoy them. When taking lessons with Ronald you can expect to laugh at your lessons because they are fun. He has taught for over 34 years and extremely loves teaching. He looks forward to getting to know you as a student and learning about your specific goals, interests, and learning style. What to expect in my Keyboard and Piano Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
I emphasize counting and learning to read. I realize counting is the number one thing most students have neglected and if they learn to count they can sight-read. I also have recitals that I encourage students to participate in but not required. My lessons are very low pressure and I totally enjoy my lessons.
