Andrew has always loved music from an early age. He began playing drums at the age of 14 and continued his education by gradually picking up other instruments, notably bass guitar. His musical influences include various musicians, such as Chris Adler, Thomas Haake, Aric Improta, Anup Sastry Blake Richardson, and Buckethead. Andrew's favorite thing about music is freedom of expression & the exhilaration of playing, and his favorite thing about teaching music is witnessing the joy of the spark going off inside someone learning it. One of his favorite teaching experiences was seeing a student take the initiative to learn and experiment. When taking lessons with Andrew you can expect professionalism, courtesy, and understanding.
