About Me
I am Miko I have played Violin and Guitar for a combined 10 years. I played violin throughout all of school in the orchestral program and at NHS in the philharmonic orchestra earned a superior rating in both sight reading and performance. I also have two written and published string quartet pieces, on of which has been played live in front of an audience in Spokane, Washington by a string quartet. I can assist from beginners to intermediate and provide helpful advice on playing for advanced skills.

What to expect in my Orchestral Lessons

Beginner - Intermediate

Clear and patient instructions on position and proper technique. Students will learn beginning and intermediate scales and if requested assistance in learning to sightread. They will also learn good practicing habits for home and proper care of their instrument


What to expect in my Guitar Lessons

Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced

Students can expect a relaxed and informal environment and calm and patient instruction on whatever the subject of learning may be as well as clear and accurate directions for guitar basics such as positions, chords, and strumming. They will also learn good practicing habits for home and proper care and maintenance of their instrument.
