Chris began playing guitar at the age of 10. Over the years, he developed his skills further by attending the Musician's Institute in 2002. He gained performance experience in the Los Angeles area by playing at such venues as Whiskey A Go Go, the Viper Room, the House of Blues. Though Chris can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are rock, heavy metal, jazz and classical finger style which have had great influence on his style of playing.
