Hi! My name is Anna, and I am very interested in working with you! A little bit about myself: I have been a voice teacher for 5 years, and a singer for 12 years. I have taught the following styles: Opera, choir, musical theater, pop, gospel, blues, jazz, and rock/heavy metal. I hold a degree in Voice Performance. What to expect in my Vocal Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
I begin with students by establishing a healthy range and voice registers. I then work heavily on posture and breathing using Alexander Technique, paired with voice exercises to establish a new, healthy, uninhibited norm. Exercises become more advanced as the student makes discoveries and progress, and music is added in as is appropriate to do so.
