Review About Me
I started playing Bass when I was 15. In high school I played bass in marching band and upright bass in concert band. In college I studied jazz and music theory. Since then I have been playing gigs and recording with bands around the metroplex.

John Va is proficient in and teaches Guitar Lessons, Bass Guitar Lessons .Formal Education:
Brookhaven College, Music Major
Private Education:
I have studied under Michael League, UNT Jazz graduate, and composer/bass player of the large instrumental ensemble, Snarky Puppy.
Performing Experience:
I have spent the past 2 years playing gigs with various groups in the Dallas Ft. Worth area, including The Donatellos, Dead Avail, and R&B Singer, Quintessa.
Experience Teaching:
I teach beginner to intermediate electric bass, to people of all ages.
