My name is Emily C and I have a bachelors degree from at Florida Southern College as a music performance major in oboe. After college, my goal is to go to graduate school to continue music. My career goals are to teach private lessons, play with a professional orchestra or band, and to work for Disney. I have 4 years of teaching experience and 11 years of performance experience.

Beginner - Intermediate
Students should expect professionalism and dedication from me. I treat my students as individuals and not as a number. They should also expect understanding and flexibility from me as I know everyone is not the same, nor do they learn the same way.

Experience Teaching:
I have taught kids as young as 5 years old to teens in high school, both musically and non-music related. I give sectionals to my current section in college as well as my old high school. I spent this past summer working as a camp counselor where I spent most of my time with the 5-6 years old, but I did work with the 10-11 years olds for a bit.
