Emanuel began playing piano at the age of 5.. Over the years, he has developed his skills further by going to Chowan University and obtaining a Music Performance degree. He gained performance experience in the DC Metro area by playing at such venues as churches, musical theatres and other live event locations. Though Emanuel can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are classical, jazz and gospel which had great influence on his style of playing. Emanuel loves music because it is a way that he can express himself beyond words and loves teaching music because he loves to see other people develop a passion to continue throughout life..
