About Me

My name is Parry. My students like to call me PK. I love to inspire singers to find their own voice and sing with healthy technique. I love working with people of different backgrounds than myself. I perform in a touring rock soul band called theSAGAS. I’m a natural born performer and have been studying the discipline of voice for 11+ years now. My favorite styles of music are Rock, Funk, Indie and World Music but I teach pretty much every style under the sun. Lessons with me will be engaging, challenging, but also free spirited.

What to expect in my Vocal Lessons

Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced

1.Warmup 3-5 minutes Physical Warmup to engage body and loosen up muscles in preparation. 2. Technique with a focus on the 4 pillars of singing. (Exercises centered around Breath management, understanding Vocal Anatomy Tone Production, Agility, Endurance, Vocal Range etc) 3. Song + Performance *applying technique to singable phrases or full songs in preparation for performance 5. Recap, Cool Down, and Developing Weekly practice routine) Last 5-7 mins
