I graduated from Douglas Anderson School Of The Arts in 1995 where I majored in guitar, saxophone, and music theory. I had one year of piano. After school, I played bass in a band, was on a record label, and toured. I had 2 wonderful kids now 8 and 9, have been leading music/ directing in churches in Seattle, WA., where I taught lessons to all ages, from little ones to the more distinguished. I am back in Jacksonville (Neptune Beach) I have a an office to practice in, or I am willing to travel to your home.. Thank you! I look forward to meeting you!

What to expect in my
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
I emphasize technique and music theory. Music theory teaches you where the notes are, which notes make up chords, and how to structure songs the key you're playing. We will also work out of a book. But if you want to just learn songs, that's ok too.
