About Me

I received my Bachelors of Arts in music from Mary Baldwin University in 2013. Prior to attending Mary Baldwin I was studying non-classical vocals at Musician's Institute in Hollywood. Upon finishing Mary Baldwin University I went back to Musician's Institute and completed another vocal performance program. in 2012 I did a summer vocals program at Berklee School of Music in Boston. In 2015 I took an online vocal technique course through Berklee Online. I have taught vocal lessons at a local music school and have been a free lance vocal private vocal instructor in Charlottesville for the past three years. I have received vocal scholarships to Jazz Camp West in La Honda, California and the Augusta Heritage Festival in Elkins, West Virginia for the past three summers.

I will teach my students that there is a side to their voice that they never knew existed. I know how to bring out the best in my students and how to build confidence and fire.
