Gabriel has always loved music from an early age. He began playing drums at the age of 5 and continued his education by studying music in college. His musical influences include his father, himself a Latin composer, and Funk music. Gabriel's favorite thing about music is playing with other people and his favorite thing about teaching music is seeing a student light up with excitement when they learn something. One of his favorite teaching experiences was when he interned as an assistant music producer.
