Piano scales&arpeggios with correct fingerings. Classical, jazz, and Pop music repertoire. Chord Progressions. Soloing and Accompanying. Jazz Fundamentals.
Formal Education:
Nine years enrolled in performing classes such as concert band, orchestra, jazz band at a high school and college. Music theory and Ear training and applied music studies. Music History and appreciation.
Private Education:
Trombone/Basstrombone studies with a teacher from Juilliard. Music theory lessons from a P.h.D qualifier.
Performing Experience:
Three years as the principal Basstrombonist for the SUHSD Honor band. 2 Principal Trombonist of the SUHSD Orchestra of 2.
