I am a versatile guitarist with experience playing an extremely wide variety of music onstage and in the studio (from deathmetal to mariachi). I love what I do more than anything else and I am dedicated to helping others experience the joy of being a guitarist. Since I was 13, I have been playing guitar and bass in bands. I started with punk rock and now I am into jazz and fusion. I have a love for all types of heavy metal. I minored in music at St. Edward's University and have performed with every ensemble that features guitar. My teaching style involves helping the students to understand the theory behind the music that they are playing as well as the techniques to be able to play anything they set their mind to. I enjoy teaching speed building and shredding techniques.
