Maddie P.

Maddie began playing the violin at the age of ten. Over the years, she developed her skills further by playing in various ensembles both in and outside of her school program. She gained performance experience in both Violin and Viola performance by playing with the Northern Kentucky Youth Sinfonia under the direction of Ellen Stephens and with multiple ensembles at Northern Kentucky University School of the Arts. Though Maddie can teach many different genres of music, her musical personal favorites are Baroque and Romantic styles of Orchestral music which had a great influence on her style of playing. Maddie loves music because it has always had an extremely special place in her heart and has helped her get through a lot of difficult times and loves teaching music because she wants to be a friendly face to people and also be able to share her love of music with others.
