My name is Alex and I have been a performing drummer, percussionist and music educator in the music industry for the past 15 years. I attended Virginia Commonwealth University receiving a Bachelors of Music with a concentration in Jazz Studies. Before moving to Ocala, FL I was employed by Carnival Cruise Lines for over 6 years as a Musical Director for their shipboard Entertainment Department. I absolutely love teaching the drums to students of all ages and skill levels. I have taught students from the ages of 3 to 82 years old. I am looking forward to teaching and sharing my knowledge of music with everyone possible!
