Hi! My name is Abeland I am a professional drummer. I graduated in 2013 from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University with a degree in Jazz Studies. I have taught all ages and levels for more than 9 years. Whether you are a complete beginner picking sticks up for the first time or an advanced student looking for new material to work on, I can help reach your goals guaranteed.

I am passionate about education and believe every student is unique as a musician. As a teacher I am dedicated to bringing the highest level of instruction to my students and making sure they are continuously improving. We will always work toward a specific goal catered to you.

With my approach many of my students have been accepted to their schools Marching, Concert, and Jazz Bands as well as All-State Jazz Bands and All State/Regional Orchestras.
