Spencer has always loved music from an early age. He began playing piano at the age of 8 and continued his education by take music as a minor in college. His musical influences include Jamal Hartwell, and a variety of jazz and gospel pianists. Spencer's favorite thing about music is it gives peace of mind and soothes the soul and his favorite thing about teaching music is seeing progress in his students.
One of his favorite teaching experiences was when he taught a child for 4 years. And now, the that student is playing by herself at multiple events. When taking lessons with Spencer you can expect grow musically. He looks forward to getting to know you as a student and learning about your specific goals, and interests.
